OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Authorities say they have arrested a suspect in a Friday morning incident on the UW-Oshkosh campus.
Investigators say an unknown man was sitting in a white, four-door older model car when he revealed his genitalia to a female student and asked her to perform a sexual act.
Authorities say the incident happened around 8:20 am.
No further information has been released.
