APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Appleton police say they are investigating a string of BB gun shootings.
They say since December, they have handled more than 40 cases in which BB guns were used to damage property.
Investigators believe the BB guns are being shot from a vehicle, causing a large amount of damage in a short period time.
“This type of damage has impacted our entire city and is extremely dangerous behavior,” police wrote on social media.
