MADISON, WI (WTAQ) – Wisconsin’s hopes of an unbeaten season are still alive.
The Badgers beat Maryland 38-13 at Camp Randall Saturday afternoon.
Freshman running back Jonathan Taylor recorded 122 yards and a touchdown on 26 carries, putting him over the 1,000 yard mark on the season (149 carries, 1,112 yards, and 11 touchdowns).
Quarterback Alex Hornibrook finished 16-24 for 225 yards with two scores and an interception.
Tight End Troy Fumagalli added seven catches for 83 yards.
Wisconsin improved to 7-0 (4-0 Big Ten) and visit Illinois on Saturday.
The loss dropped Maryland to 3-4 (1-3 Big Ten), with the Terrapins hosting Indiana on Saturday.
