GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man accused of helping to steal funds from the Brown County D.A.R.E. program will stand trial.
50-year-old Early Fuller waived his preliminary hearing Thursday. Fuller will be arraigned November 16 on charges of theft of moveable property greater than $10,000 and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Fuller and former D.A.R.E. officer Kevin Vanden Heuvel allegedly stole money while helping to park vehicles for Packers games in the D.A.R.E. lot near Lambeau Field.
Vanden Heuvel is due in court Monday for his arraignment.
