BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – The man who led police on a high speed chase through Brown and Oconto counties in July 2012 had his conviction upheld.
Kyle Buckles appealed his conviction by arguing his attorney was ineffective and the plea deal was misleading.
A state appeals court rejected those arguments Tuesday.
Buckles was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crimes.
