APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – The U.S. Marshals Service reports the arrest of a convicted sexual predator after he cut off his GPS and electronic monitoring bracelet last Monday.
63-year-old L.C. Streeter was taken into custody in Appleton.
Streeter had been released two years ago on probation. He was convicted of 4 separate sexual assaults over a nine-year period ending in 1986.
He was civilly committed in 1996 as a sexually violent person. Streeter served 17 years before being released.
