The St. Norbert Green Knights captured it’s Division III regional tournament title at the Schuldes Sports Center Saturday night by holding off St. Olaf College 63-61. D.J. DeValk and Tim Marshall each scored 18 points in the win. DeValk scored the final seven points for the Knights who advance to the D3 Sweet 16 for the first time since the tournament field expanded to 64 teams. They did reach the round of 16 last in 1984 when it was a 32 team bracket. The Knights (25-2), set a program record with it’s 25th win of the season and they will now face Alma College Friday night at 5:30 PM at Benedictine College in Illinois.
