This section of trail connects the “Cedars Development” with Outagamie County’s CE Trail. It’s just one part of the overall “Loop the Locks” network.
Community leaders say they’re excited to see people using the trail.
“Every time that I go by or when I’m at my office, which is next to the trail, there’s someone on it, enjoying it, using it, families, people walking their dog, hikers, bikers, everyone. It’s wonderful,” Village of Kimberly Community Enrichment Director Holly Femal said.
The goal of the “Loop the Locks” is to connect Kimberly, Little Chute, Kaukauna, Combined Locks and Outagamie County with a 13.1-mile trail system.
