OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – One of the suspects in a Neenah murder was ordered Friday to stand trial.
Terran Colwell is charged with felony murder in connection with the April 17 death of Rodger Ridgeway. She was bound over for trial after a preliminary hearing which included testimony from a Neenah police officer. Arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 12.
Mandel Roy also faces a felony murder count in the case. His arraignment is July 6.
“The evidence obtained by Neenah Police Department investigators shows that Mandel Roy began fighting with (Ridgeway), committing at least a battery, using a blunt weapon. Terran Colwell also became involved in the fight, likely stabbing (Ridgeway) with a knife, causing injuries that resulted in (Ridgeway)’s death. Roy and Colwell continued to fight with (Ridgeway) even after his apparent attempts to get away,” Roy’s criminal complaint states.
