MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – During the early morning hours, officers from the Manitowoc Police Department arrested several individuals who were entering unlocked vehicles.
The persons who were arrested had property that was stolen, and police are currently attempting to locate the owners.
Police are asking for the citizens who were parked in the area of Lake Michigan to N 11th Street; Waldo Blvd to the Manitowoc River, to check their vehicles and determine if it was entered or if they are missing any property.
