OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) — The identity of the homeless man found dead in a ditch near I-41 on Saturday has been released.
Winnebago County Sheriff’s Officials identified the body as that of 36-year-old Ryan Pitsch.
Officers responded to the area of the 9th Street on-ramp to southbound Interstate 41, near Washburn Avenue just after 3 p.m. Saturday.
Pitsch was found in the ditch line area between Washburn Avenue and I-41.
His death is still under investigation.
