GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – An Appleton man is facing federal drug and ammunition charges.
30-year old Kou Lee is accused of possessing more than 50 grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Prosecutors also say he was in possession of ammunition as a convicted felon.
Lee faces at least the mandatory 10-years behind bars up to a life sentence if convicted on all charges.
