OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Ian Suzuki pleaded not guilty Monday to the murder of Jay Puestohl.
No trial date was set. Suzuki returns to court May 4 for a final conference, court records show.
The incident happened Feb. 2 at Suzuki’s mother’s home, during an argument about the conditions for him to live at the residence, police said. Suzuki, 28, allegedly stabbed Puestohl, 67, a retired police officer.
