MADISON, WI (WTAQ) — The ten members of the electoral college have officially cast their votes for former Vice President Joe Biden.
The ten electors, including Governor Tony Evers and Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes, met at the state capitol in Madison to finalize the process at noon today.
All ten electors cast their ballots for Biden, a Democrat, as they were obligated by state law.
Biden won the state of Wisconsin by around 20,000 votes.
An hour before electors met, the state Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit by incumbent President Donald Trump seeking to overturn the results of the election in the state.
