GREEN BAY, WI (METRO) — A former Brown County employee faces charges that he stole property worth more than 100-thousand-dollars.
Kevin Raye was arrested and booked into the Brown County jail yesterday.
In addition to theft, Raye faces counts of fraud, larceny and misconduct. Formal charges have not been filed.
