CHILTON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A man charged after police seized more than a dozen animals from his home pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
Kyle Komp, 21, faces a dozen charges, including multiple weapons-related counts, as well as five counts related to the conditions of the animals.
A preliminary hearing was held Wednesday, and Komp was ordered then stand trial. He then entered the not guilty pleas. No trial date was set; he returns to court Oct. 5 for a scheduling conference, court records show.
