TOWN OF MAPLE CREEK, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A crash in the Town of Maple Creek on Sunday has left one man dead after hitting a deer, according to the Outagamie Sheriff’s Department.
Authorities say the vehicle was traveling south near the 6200 block of Bublotz road when the driver collided with a deer, lost control, and then hit a tree.
The driver was found dead when first responders arrived, and officials say he was not wearing his seatbelt.
Outagamie Sheriff’s say the crash is still under investigation.
