(LEARFIELD) – The Milwaukee Brewers are one win away from the National League Championship Series and will hand the ball to Dustin May in Game Three against the San Diego Padres in San Diego tonight.
Milwaukee leads the Division Series two games to none after back-to-back dramatic wins at American Family Field.
Manager Pat Murphy says the veteran right-hander was acquired for moments like this, citing his postseason experience and success against San Diego this season.
The Padres will counter with Nick Pivetta as they try to avoid a sweep.
A Brewers win would send Milwaukee to the NLCS for the first time since 2018.
The game can be heard beginning with the pre-game show at 8 p.m. tonight on 97.5 and 1360 WTAQ.
