(WTAQ-WLUK) — The WisDOT is holding a public involvement meeting for US 10 in Waupaca County.
The meeting looks to get input from the public on a proposed project on the eastbound lanes of US 10 from Anderson Road to Apple Tree Lane.
The meeting will be held at the Waupaca Public Library, Meeting Room A at 107 South Main Street on Wednesday, Aug. 5, starting at 5 p.m. A brief presentation will be given at 5:15 p.m. The remainder of the event will be an open house format with informational exhibits and opportunities to speak directly with project staff.
The proposed project will repair and replace concrete pavement joints, replace existing paved shoulders, repair culverts and reconfigure the Anderson Road Intersection to right in/right out only access.
Construction is currently scheduled for 2030 but could be as early as 2029 if funding becomes available.
