(LEARFIELD) – Once one of the best Wisconsin Badgers basketball players in program history, Johnny Davis flamed out in the NBA.
He’s now headed to Turkey after signing a contract with Glint Manisa Basket.
Davis played just 12 games in three seasons with the Washington Wizards.
Never a great shooter, he hit less than 40 percent of his field shots, 27 percent on 3-pointers and a surprising 56 percent on free throws.
He had been a top-10 selection in the 2022 NBA Draft.
