TWO RIVERS, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man died after a crash in a Two Rivers intersection and a collision with a residence.
The two-vehicle crash happened just after 5:30 p.m. on Friday at the intersection of State Highway 42 and East Hilcrest Road.
Preliminary information indicated a car, driven by 20-year-old Adnan Bhatti of Wauwatosa, was going east on E. Hilcrest Road and failed to stop at the posted stop sign at State Highway 42.
The car was then struck by a SUV going south on State Highway 42. The SUV was driven by a 59-year-old Pennsylvania man.
After the impact, the car collided with a residence at 8131 State Highway 42, causing minor structural damage.
Bhatti was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the SUV was taken to a hospital where he was evaluated and released.
The Wisconsin State patrol continues to investigate the crash.
