(MARQUETTE COMMUNICATIONS) – Marquette University junior attackman Carsen Brandt has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the second time this season and in his career.
The Edina, Minnesota, native recorded two goals and three assists for a five-point effort in a 16–7 loss to Utah on March 11.
The Golden Eagles (3–4, 0–0 BIG EAST) return to action on Saturday, March 21, when they travel to Louisville, Kentucky, to face Bellarmine (4–6, 0–0 ASUN) in their final non-conference match-up of the season. Opening face-off is scheduled for 11 a.m. CT.
Women’s lacrosse: Graduate student Hanna Bodner (Midfielder of the Week), freshman Gabby Windesheim (Freshman of the Week) and senior Taylor Kotschevar (Weekly Honor Roll) earned weekly BIG EAST honors, as announced by the league office Monday afternoon.
