(LEARFIELD/247NEWSSOURCE) – The Packers’ running back room is getting thin with the departure of Emanuel Wilson.
The 26-year-old free agent has signed a one-year deal with the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks.
Wilson became a free agent after Green Bay failed to make a qualifying offer.
He was popular with the team’s coaches and his teammates after working hard and rolling up more than a thousand yards in three seasons as a backup to Josh Jacobs.
Signing one: The Packers officially added to their defense.
Green Bay announced the signing of cornerback Benjamin St-Juste.
The 28-year-old had 37 total tackles and an interception for the Los Angeles Chargers this season.
