CHICAGO, IL (WTAQ) — The Packers had an 18 point lead heading into the 4th quarter of Saturday night’s wild card playoff matchup with the Chicago Bears.
But the Chicago Bears came roaring back with 25 point in the fourth quarter to accomplish an unlikely comeback, 31-27.
The Bears had no answers for Jordan Love and the Packers passing attack for three quarters, but the Packers offense in the fourth quarter was plagued by errors, and the Packers defense found themselves totally unable to stop Bears QB Caleb Williams.
The Packers season is over having lost five straight.
The Bears now advance to the divisional round. Their opponent will be determined by the winner of the Philadelphia Eagles/San Francisco 49ers game kicking off Sunday afternoon at 3:30.
