Badger defensive back Geimere Latimer announced his intention to transfer once the portal opens next month.
He is the brother of four-star running back Amari Latimer, who flipped his commitment from Wisconsin to West Virginia earlier this month.
Latimer made 23 total tackles and forced a fumble in his one season in Madison.
