APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Appleton has opened a new hub for residents to connect with tornado recovery assistance and support services.
Known formally as the Multiagency Resource Center (MARC), this hub will allow residents in need to connect, in person, with multiple resource agencies all in one location.
The nonprofit organizations, community partners, and local agencies will provide information, guidance, and resources for individuals and families affected by the storm. Representatives will be available to assist residents with immediate needs, recovery planning, and referrals to additional services.
This resource center will be open to all Fox Cities residents Monday Aug. 3 and Tuesday, Aug. 4 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Mary Beth Nienhaus Activity Center at 3000 E College Ave, Suite B.
Anyone looking to volunteer and support clean up efforts, can contact Volunteer Fox Cities.
