SHAWANO, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A batch of kittens discovered in a ditch are looking for a new home.
The Shawano County Humane Society reports 20 approximately 8-week-old kittens were discovered abandoned in a ditch in Bonduel.
In a Facebook post, the humane society confirmed the little kittens are healthy and alert. A few of the kittens are also already placed, but that leaves 16 more still seeking a home.
With the sudden influx in kittens, the Shawano County Humane Society says it’s grateful to anyone who brings in cat and kitten donations. The humane society is looking for food, kitty litter, toys, and monetary donations.
