MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The SS Badger‘s summer season is setting sail.
The carferry begins its trips across Lake Michigan between Ludington, Michigan, and Manitowoc on Friday.
A one-way trip across the lake takes about four hours.
The 410-foot-long ship has been sailing the lake since 1953.
