NEW LONDON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An obituary identifies the 3-year-old boy who died on Monday.
Tysen French “was the happiest kid you could ever meet and he loved nothing more than being outside,” the obituary said. “He loved taking walks and seeing what there was to see.”
New London police said the boy was reported missing near New London Middle School just before 5 a.m. He was found shortly after 7:15 a.m. and taken to the hospital. Around 11:30 a.m., police reported he had died.
