(LEARFIELD/247NEWSSOURCE) – The Milwaukee Bucks made it close, but still wound up on the losing side Tuesday night against Brooklyn Nets.
The Nets won 96-90.
The lead had melted to just one point at 88-87 with two-and-a-half minutes to go, but Milwaukee couldn’t move on top.
AJ Green scored 20 points to lead the way for Milwaukee.
Taurean Prince had a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
The Bucks stay on the road for a game tonight in Detroit against the Pistons.
The game can be heard beginning at 6 p.m. on 99.7 and 101.9 WNFL.
Done for the remainder: The Milwaukee Bucks announced that guard Kevin Porter Jr. underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, ending his season.
Porter played 38 games this season, averaging 17.4 points, five-point-two rebounds and seven-point-four assists.
