(LEARFIELD) – Two days after he scored 83 points, the Bucks held Bam Adebayo to 21 Thursday, but the Miami Heat won the game 112-105.
Milwaukee has lost three in a row and seven out of eight.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks’ scoring with 31 points. Bobby Portis and Ryan Rollins had 19 and 16 points, respectively, for Milwaukee.
Miami won even though three of its top four scorers missed the game.
Pelle Larsson led Miami with 28 points.
Miami took a 10-point lead at the end of the first quarter.
The Bucks battled back with Antetokounmpo missing a game-tying 3-pointer with 52 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Larsson then hit a 3 for Miami that sealed the win for the streaking Heat who have won 7 straight.
The Bucks stay on the road for a Saturday game at Atlanta.
