(WTAQ-WLUK) — A Manitowoc man is facing federal charges for allegedly transporting child pornography.
The indictment alleges that in January of 2025, Zachariah R. Breihof, 27, “did knowingly transport and ship in interstate commerce a visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.”
If convicted of the offense, Breihof faces a mandatory five years’ imprisonment and up to 20 years’ imprisonment, a maximum $250,000 fine, and from five years to a lifetime on supervised release.
