(LEARFIELD) – The Milwaukee Brewers have their first full-squad workout today in Arizona.
Yesterday, Brewers manager Pat Murphy was asked if he is going to be cautious with Brewers young ace Jacob Misiorowski or let him go?
Murphy talked about getting young pitchers ready for the season.
He talked about of the returning veterans, which players are sure bets to start this season.
Murphy talked about what is key for players that are going to be looking for starting jobs.
Murphy put it simply. Starters have to stay hungry.
The Brewers play their first spring training game this Saturday at 2 against the Cleveland Guardians. The game can be heard on 99.7 and 101.9 WNFL.
