GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Green Bay landlord is facing charges, accused of soliciting sexual acts from his tenants in exchange for avoiding eviction due to late or missed rent, or for bypassing background checks to live in one of his properties.
The investigation into Michael Zolper, 61, began a month ago, police say.
Zolper is charged with sexual extortion, threats to injure or accuse of crime and solicitation of prostitutes.
Investigators would like to speak with any additional victims who may be related to this case.
The locations of Zolper’s rental properties include:
- 1800 blk of August Street
- 2000 blk of Beech Tree Court
- 100 blk of Berwyn Avenue
- 1200 blk of Cedar Street
- 900 blk of Dousman Street
- 2700 blk of Finger Road
