(WTAQ-WLUK) — A Menasha man will spend seven and a half years in federal prison for a child pornography conviction.
Todd Grimm, 57, was arrested in April after police received an online tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Prosecutors say more than 12,500 images and videos of child sexual abuse material were found on a flash drive hidden behind a desk drawer in Grimm’s home. The flash drive also contained stories authored by Grimm depicting the drugging and sexual assault of young children.
Judge William Griesbach also sentenced Grimm to 15 years on supervised release after his prison term. Grimm will also be required to register as a sex offender on the federal and state registries.
