GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A woman is in custody following a series of disturbances at a home on Green Bay’s east side.
According to the Green Bay Police Department, officers were first called to the residence in the 1200 block of Cedar Street around 3 a.m. Wednesday after “receiving reports that the suspect was throwing items and yelling.”
Throughout the day, more 911 calls were made saying the disturbances were continuing.
Officials say the suspect, a 45-year-old Green Bay woman, did not respond to police orders to exit the home to speak with patrol officers. As a result, the SWAT and Crisis Negotiation Team was called to assist at the scene.
The woman was arrested around 2 p.m. No injuries were reported.
