MILWAUKEE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Milwaukee man has been charged in a shooting that killed one police officer and wounded another.
Tremaine Jones, 22, faces one count of first-degree intentional homicide, one count of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and one count of first-degree recklessly endangering safety.
Officers Kendall Corder and Christopher McCray were responding to a call about a person with a weapon Thursday when they were unexpectedly fired upon in an alley.
Corder, 32, died on Sunday. McCray, 29, was released from the hospital on Saturday.
