APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Reedsville man with a revoked drivers license was arrested, suspected of his fifth OWI.
Around 9:11 p.m. Friday, a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper pulled a vehicle over at Richmond and W. Lindbergh streets in Appleton.
The trooper observed signs of impairment from the driver and after Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the 39-year-old man was taken into custody.
The man first went to a local hospital for a evidentiary blood draw and then taken to the Outagamie County Jail.
The driver is also accused of marijuana possession.
