MENASHA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Menasha man is facing child pornography charges.
On Tuesday, a federal grand jury indicted 57-year-old Todd E. Grimm for allegedly receiving child pornography on various dates in February, May and July 2023.
If convicted of any of the three counts, Grimm faces a mandatory five-year prison sentence and up to 20 years behind bars. He would also be required to register as a sex offender and could be fined up to $250,000.
This case was investigated by the Menasha Police Department.
