NIAGARA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – An 18-year-old man is dead after rolling his UTV in Marinette County Saturday evening.
According to Marinette County Sheriff Randy Miller, Gabriel N. Avila-Neuheisel of Menomonee Falls was driving down a dirt trail on private property when he lost control of his UTV, causing it to roll over.
Officials say he was not wearing a helmet or seatbelt when he was thrown from the UTV.
The call went to Marinette County Dispatch shortly before 5 p.m. Saturday with a report of a single UTV crash off Hobart Lane in the town of Niagara.
The crash is under investigation.
