TOWNSHIP OF WAUPACA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man was killed Tuesday in a motorcycle crash in Waupaca County.
Shortly after 1:45 p.m., the sheriff’s office was informed a motorcyclist had crashed near County Highway E and Casey Road in the township of Waupaca.
Witnesses were performing lifesaving measures when law enforcement arrived, and those efforts were continued by first responders, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the man was traveling northbound on CTH E, entered the ditch and crashed into several trees on Casey Road. The crash remains under investigation.
The victim was identified only as a 46-year-old male.
