Jesse Pool (Calumet Co. Jail)
CHILTON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Jesse Pool was sentenced Tuesday to ten years in prison for trying to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex.
Pool, 44, was previously convicted of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime. Three other counts, including causing a child to view sexual material, were dismissed.
Pool was also placed on extended supervision for ten years by Judge Jeffrey Froehlich. Pool also will be on the sex offender registry for the rest of his life, court records show.
The Brillion Police Department was notified by the Green Bay Police Department of a situation that had taken place at a store in Green Bay. Investigators were also made aware of a social media post that had gone viral which showed Pool involved in an attempt to meet with a 13-year-old girl to engage in sexual acts.
