PORTERFIELD, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An 18-year-old woman died in a Marinette County crash.
It happened just before 6 p.m. Wednesday on State Highway 180, south of Nettleton Road in the town of Porterfield.
Deputies say a vehicle, driven by a 39-year-old Marinette man, was going south on State Highway 180 when he went over the centerline on a curve and collided with a northbound vehicle.
The driver of the northbound vehicle, Alise C. LaPierre, 18, of Marinette, died in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
