GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An area charity softball game is reaching a milestone this year.
The 25th Anniversary Green Bay Charity Softball Game will be held Friday, May 23 at Fox Cities Stadium in Grand Chute.
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love will host the game, which features Packers players and celebrities.
On Wednesday, Love says the roster for the game is not finalized yet but did say another quarterback will be joining him on the offense team: Malik Willis.
The schedule for the event is as follows:
- Parking Lot Opens: 4 p.m.
- Stadium Gates Open: 5 p.m.
- Home Run Derby: 6 p.m.
- Softball Game Starts: 7:05 p.m.
The money raised will benefit Love’s Hands of 10ve Foundation.
Last year, longtime host of the softball game, former Packers player Donald Driver, handed his hosting duties over to Love.
