GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Green Bay police say they do not suspect foul play after the body of a woman was pulled from the East River last week.
Police say the woman pulled from the river on April 23 is identified as 26-year-old Arlene Cooper (Micoley) of Green Bay.
She was found in an area near the 500 block of Eastman Avenue after a passerby spotted her body in the water.
Police say they do not expect to release any further details on her death.
