APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man was struck by a bullet that went through an Appleton home overnight.
Around 10 p.m. Monday, police were called to the 1000 block of W. Fifth Street for a report of gunshots.
Upon arrival, officers found several shell casings in the street and a victim inside a residence in the area.
The man had been struck in the foot by a bullet that came in through the wall of the home.
The man was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries.
Police say there are currently no suspects in custody.
