Virgil Thew (New Lisbon Police Department)
NEW LISBON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — South western Wisconsin authorities are searching for a man after two juveniles and one adult were found deceased inside a New Lisbon home.
Virgil Thew, 47, is considered armed and dangerous, police say and he is currently wanted through Wisconsin Probation and Parole.
It all started just after 10 p.m. Sunday when the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing juvenile.
Police say the missing juvenile was picked up and last seen with Thew.
Around 7:40 a.m. Monday, while searching for the first juvenile, the New Lisbon Police Department was made aware of a second missing juvenile.
Just before 4:30 p.m. Monday, two juveniles and one adult were found deceased inside a residence in the 300 block of West Bridge Street in New Lisbon.
Thew is described as 150 pounds and 5’10”. He was last seen wearing a dark colored down coat, blue jeans and a hat.
If you see Thew or know of his whereabouts, you should not confront or approach him. Call 911 immediately.
