OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A federal grand jury issued a two-count indictment on December 17 against an Oshkosh man who allegedly stole a gun from a firearms dealer.
42-year-old Donta E. Bradshaw is accused of stealing a Ruger semi-automatic 9mm pistol from a federally licensed firearms dealer in Oshkosh. As a convicted felon, Bradshaw is prohibited from possessing a firearm.
If convicted, Bradshaw faces up to 15 years in prison on the possession charge and up to 10 years for the theft of the firearm.
The Oshkosh Police Department, Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and Milwaukee office of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated this case.
