(WTAQ-WLUK) — A Waupun man died in a crash on Highway 26 in Fond du Lac County early Thursday.
Both north and southbound lanes of Highway 26 near Ripon are closed at Hickory Road.
Officials say it happened around 3:30 a.m. when a semi going northbound crossed the left center, striking a southbound passenger van.
The driver of the van, a 59-year-old Waupun man, died.
The driver of the semi, a 59-year-old man, was not hurt.
Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating the crash.
