(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – The Cleveland Cavaliers scored the final 5 points of the game and defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 116-114 Monday night in Cleveland.
The Bucks who played without Giannis Antetokounmpo are now 1-6.
Bucks guard Damian Lillard said that 1-6 is an ugly start, but it’s a long season.
Lillard is confident they’ll turn things around and wins will come.
Lillard who scored 36 points in the loss said that they’ll keep after it.
Bobby Portis started for the injured Giannis Antetokounmpo and tallied a doubled-double on 21 points and 18 rebounds.
The Bucks will try to end their 6-game losing streak when they host the Utah Jazz on Thursday.
